Melt Shop opened Tuesday, June 12 and The Little Beet opened on June 11.
Established in 2011 in New York City, Melt Shop focuses on offering next-level melted sandwiches featuring quality ingredients and handmade bread, along with a selection of salads, tater tots, milkshakes and beverages.
Signature sandwiches include: Truffle Melt with Muenster, Arugula, Black Pepper & Truffle Oil; Maple Bacon with Maple Glazed Bacon, NY Cheddar & Sharp Brick Spread; and more.
The Little Beet is critically-acclaimed chef-inspired fast casual food that offers a variety of healthy and gluten-free dishes.
The quick-serve concept will emphasize local, seasonal and wholesome ingredients for lunch and dinner daily. Since 2014, The Little Beet has expanded to over seven locations throughout New York City, Long Island, and Washington, D.C.
Several signatures items from The Little Beet include chef-made bowls such as such as the Yuzu Poké with raw salmon poké, sesame avocado, cucumbers, sea vegetables, pickled ginger and sesame seeds; and more.
